Welcome to our courier services! Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our courier services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Service Description

We provide parcel collection, transportation, and delivery services. Service coverage, delivery times, and pricing are based on officially published information and may vary by location and service type.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• All items shipped comply with applicable laws and regulations and are not prohibited or restricted items.
• You provide accurate and complete sender and recipient information.
• Parcels are properly packaged to withstand normal handling during transit.
• You bear all consequences arising from incorrect information or non-compliant items.

4. Limitation of Liability

For parcels without insurance coverage:

• Our maximum liability for loss or damage during transit shall not exceed three times the shipping fee.
• We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for valuable items.
• We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, customs, or force majeure events.

5. Payment Terms

Shipping fees and charges are due before or at the time of shipment. Payment methods accepted include cash, bank transfer, and mobile money. All prices are quoted in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) unless otherwise stated.

6. Tracking and Delivery

We provide tracking services for all shipments. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Recipients are responsible for verifying the condition of parcels upon receipt. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

• Complete loss of parcel confirmed by investigation.
• Service cancellation before shipment collection.
• Our failure to collect within the agreed timeframe without valid reason.

8. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

• Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Perishable goods requiring refrigeration
• Currency, valuable securities, or precious metals
• Live animals or plants
• Items prohibited by Zambian law or international regulations

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. All modifications will be published on this page. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Zambian courts.
